Louise Killingsworth of Michie, TN was born April 2, 1930 in Walnut Grove, TN the daughter of the late Ivan and Lola Higgins Fisher. She was united in marriage to Thomas Killingsworth on February 22, 1952.
Mrs. Killingsworth was a member of Lebanon United Methodist Church and the Lebanon Quilting Club. She retired after 40 years of service as a substitute teacher at the Michie Elementary School. She loved the kids and enjoyed all the years substituting at the school. Mrs. Louise enjoyed family get-togethers, working in her flowers, playing the piano, singing alto in the church choir, and listening to her sons play bluegrass music. She departed this life on November 14, 2018 in her home at the age of 88 Years, 7 Months, 12 Days.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Thomas Killingsworth of Michie, TN; two sons, David Killingsworth and Steven Killingsworth and wife Anita, both of Stantonville, TN; a daughter, Sherrie Pittman and husband Alan of Stantonville; seven grandchildren, Ben Killingsworth, Adam Killingsworth and wife Christie, Aaron Killingsworth and wife Heather, Daniel Pittman, Rachel Pittman Friedman and husband Noah, Sarah Killingsworth Holt and husband Daniel, Seth Killingsworth and wife Deanna; six great grandchildren, Kylee Killingsworth, Eben Killingsworth, Adalynne Killingsworth, Titus Killingsworth, Wyatt Killingsworth, Isaac Holt; two sisters, Oneda Farris and Shelby Fisher, both of Michie along with a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Mrs Killingsworth was preceded in death by a sister, Emogene Willis.
