Margie Lee Andrews Stooksberry

Margie Lee Andrews Stooksberry of Lawrenceburg, TN was born August 5, 1937 in Wayne Co., TN, the daughter of the late Charlie Evans Andrews and Bonnie Belle Lee Andrews. She was united in marriage to Theda Stooksberry on December 31, 1953 and he preceded her in death on March 15, 2013.

Mrs. Stooksberry was a retired from Murray Ohio Manufacturing and was a member of Green River Baptist Church in Waynesboro, TN.

She departed this life on Thursday, January 23, 2020 Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 82 Years, 5 Months, 18 Days.

She is survived by sons, Steven Theda Stooksberry and wife, Dorothy of Humble, TX and Gary Lee Stooksberry of Lawrenceburg, TN; grandchildren, Shannon Cotton and Ashley, Corey, Maegan, William, Tyler and Shea Stooksberry; great-grandchildren, Kaylee and Logan Cotton and Jade Stooksberry; sisters-in-law, Eva Wise and Dorothy Andrews and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Stooksberry was preceded in death by brothers, Doyle, Harry and William Howard Andrews and sisters, Etah (Andrews) Todd and Marlene (Andrews) Moore.

Services will be Sunday, January 26, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee. Burial will follow in Memorial Garden, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County assisting the family. Visitation will be Sunday, January 26, 2020 from 1 pm to service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Stooksberry, Corey Stooksberry, William Stooksberry, Matthew Andrews, Jake Luker and Ryan Luker.
