Marie "Tootsie" Smith Bramhall

Marie "Tootsie" Smith Bramhall departed this life on Friday, June 3, 2022, at the age of 98 years, 5 months, and 9 days. She was born in Hardin County, Tennessee, on December 25, 1923, the daughter of the late Hal and Minnie Myrtle Irvin Smith. She was united in marriage to Charles Deyo Bramhall, who preceded her in death on June 25, 1993. Marie was a secretary for Cleo Wrap and a member of Cherokee Baptist Church, both in Memphis. Tennessee. She loved walking trails, exercising, cooking, and watching Wheel of Fortune. Marie is survived by her son, Mark Alan Bramhall of Memphis, Tennessee; grandchildren, Holly Michelle Swift, Brian Alan Roberts, Christopher Bramhall, and Amber Bramhall; and eight great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Marie was preceded in death by her daughter, Janet Elaine Strube; sister, Robbie Jerrolds and Imogene Hosea; and brothers, Jim Alfred Smith, R.D. Smith, and Ray C. Smith.
