Marisa Steele Jones of Clifton, TN Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Marisa Steele Jones was born July 1, 1981 in Hohenwald, TN the daughter of Nena Dedrick and the late Michael Scott Steele. She was united in marriage to Gary Neal Jones on July 1, 2008. Mrs. Jones was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of the Riverside United Methodist Church in Clifton, TN and departed this life on June 29, 2022 in Waynesboro, TN at the age of 40 years, 11 months, and 28 days. She is survived by her husband, Gary Neal Jones; her mother, Nena Dedrick, a daughter, Ashlyn Jones (Christopher); three sons, Dalton Neal Jones, Joshua Dewayne Jones, and Logan Scott Jones; a sister, Crystal Steele; three brothers, Brandon Dicus, Michael Erin Steele, and James Seltzer; and two grandchildren, Liam Scott Jones, and McKinley Steele, all of Clifton, TN. In addition to her father, Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her step-father, David Rich; grandparents, Doris and M.T. Steele and Samuel Dedrick and Karen Aughenbaugh. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 1, 2022 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Waynesboro, TN and on Saturday, July 2, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Riverside United Methodist Church in Clifton, TN. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Riverside United Methodist Church in Clifton, TN with Bro. Josh Layne officiating. Burial will be in Clifton Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County assisting the family.. Pallbearers include, Robert Warren, Bronson Flores, Dale Kriner, Charles Templeton, Makale Dixon, Talan Keeton, Chase Brison, and Chad Holt.
