Martha Majors Sisco, 77, of Bolivar, departed this life Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at Pine Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Bolivar.
The widow of James Douglas Sisco, who died in 2012, she was retired from Harman Automotive. She was born October 24, 1940, in Scott County, Missouri, daughter of the late William and Bennie Cook Bond and lived in Hardeman County since the early 1960's. She was a Baptist in faith and enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family and grandchildren. Her family states that she loved reading, and the holiday time of year, especially Christmas and Thanksgiving.
Survivors include two daughters, Paula Howell (Mark) and Donna Majors, all of Bolivar; two sisters, Barbara Mossier of Missouri and Jewell Bingham of Michigan; a brother, Jimmy Bond (Willie) of Blytheville, AR; 7 grandchildren, Natasha Maxwell (John), Robert Ray Coleman, Jr., Nicholas Coleman, Shayne Campbell (Mandy), Chris Sisco, Bryce Majors (Amber) and Brittany Luttrell (Ethan); and 11 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Robert Ray Coleman in 2004, a stepson, Clifford Paul Majors, Jr., and 2 sisters, Wilma Spencer and Lenora Lee.
