MAUDE GOODLOW
Was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on April 11, 1926 the daughter of the late Cecil and Bettie Odell Dixon Ross.
She was united in marriage to James Earl Goodlow, who preceded his wife in death on September 23, 1979.
Maude worked as a domestic worker for many years for 2 influential families in Savannah, Tennessee. She was a member of Graham Chapel CME Church and Eastern Star. Maude was known in the community for her collard greens and flower gardens.
She departed this life on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age 94 years, 5 months and 12 days.
Maude is survived by her daughter, Mary Taylor of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Vicky Luss, Celestine Terry and her husband Kevin, and Candice Taylor; great grandchildren, Taylor Luss and Trinity Terry; brothers, Billy Ross and his wife Dorothy and Charles Ross and his wife Jessie Mae.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Betty Joe Casey and Dora Lee Ross and 2 brothers, Louis Ross and Cecil Ross.
