MICHELLE MCCOMBS

Finger, TN: Frances Michelle McCombs Brewer age 48 passed away July 2, 2019 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

She was born in September 13, 1970 in Selmer, TN, the daughter of Jo Frances Fields Rainey and the late Danny Raymond McCombs. She grew up in Hardin County and graduated from Scotts Hill High School in 1988. After high school she worked for Aqua Glass in Adamsville for several years until she had children. She became a stay at home mom until her children were older and she began working as a cook at Chester County High School from 2010 until 2018.

She enjoyed singing, dancing, concerts, reading and camping, especially at Loretta Lynn’s Dude Ranch. She was a loving mother, aunt and Nana. She was loved by many and leaves a host of friends.

Michelle is survived by her mother and stepfather, Jo Frances Fields Rainey and Darrin Rainey of Saltillo; her companion, Eddie Vandiver ; three daughters, Dayna Patterson (Billy) of Bethel Springs, Laura Beth Dendy (Cody) of Stantonville and Rylee Jo Maness of Henderson; three grandchildren, Tuff Dendy, Layla Dendy and Maggie Claire Patterson and and a sister, Dakila McCombs (Tim) of Sardis and stepmother, Donna McCombs of Sardis, father of her children, Billy Ray Maness; a niece, Kaliyonna McCombs and nephew, Darsun McCombs.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday, July 5 at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue with Billy Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery at Saltillo, TN.

The family will receive friends at Crook Avenue 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Thursday July 4.
