Memorial services will be held at a future date for Mrs. Nellie Prince, age 82 of Bolivar, Tennessee, who passed away Wednesday evening, January 31, 2018 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
She was born in Hardeman County the daughter of the late Raford and Cora Bell Robison Howell. On June 12, 1955, she married Mr. Edward Nolan Prince and they lived in Indiana 42 years before returning here in 1997. Mr. Prince passed away in April, 2016.
Mrs. Prince was primarily a homemaker but had also worked in the school system while in Indiana. She was a member of Lakewood Enterprise Baptist Church while living there and moved her membership to Brint's Chapel Baptist Church here.
She is survived by her son, Stephen (Carol) Prince of Valparaiso, IN; a sister, Helen Lowrance of Bolivar; four grandchildren, Jonathan, Karen, Kelly and Bobby; six great-grandchildren, Adeline, Simon, Henry, Atticus, Sawyer and Sophia; a sister-in-law, Billie Sue Morphis of Steger, IL; and two sons-in-law, Richard Patton and Alex Mandelli.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Karen Patton and Julia Mandelli.
