Nettie Hill

Nettie Marie Casey Hill was born on December 21, 1962, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of the late John and Betty Jane Taylor Casey. On November 29, 1984, she was united in marriage to Mark Eldridge Hill, who survives.

Mrs. Hill was employed by Small Town Tire as a receptionist and bookkeeper and was a member of the Living Word Fellowship in Savannah, Tennessee. She was a beautiful person who loved her Lord and Savior and loved others. Mrs. Hill loved and respected her elders and was kind to everyone. She was a wonderful niece, a great friend to many and will be missed by all.

Mrs. Hill departed this life on August 28, 2014, at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee, at the age of 51 years, 8 months and 7 days.

In addition to her husband of thirty years, Mark, she is survived by three sisters, Elizabeth Casey Hill and Barbara Casey, both of Abingdon, Virginia and Tammy Goodson of Bristol, Virginia. She also was survived by her loving companion, her dog, "Savannah."

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Casey and by her grandmother, Margaret Spiva, grandparents, Ernest and Nettie Taylor and great-grandparents, Van and Mammie Taylor.
