Mrs. Osa Edith Prater McClain was born September 17, 1920 in Clifton, TN the daughter of the late Allen and Arzona Stricklin Prater. She was married to the late Rex McClain Mrs. McClain worked as a motel manager and was a member of the Methodist faith. Mrs. McClain departed this life on April 12, 2022 in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee at the age of 101 Years, 6 Months, 26 Days. She is survived by a son, Randy McClain and Sharon of Lawrenceburg, TN; 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. McClain was preceded in death by two daughters, Linda Rhodes, Nancy McClain; a son, George McClain; and two sisters, Carrie Ricketts, Louise Rogers; Visitation will be on Thursday April 14, 2022 from 9:30 AM until 10:45 AM at Shackelford, Waynesboro A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday April 14, 2022 at the Memorial Gardens in Waynesboro, Tennessee with Kerry Franks officiating.
