Mr. P. J. Cardenas, age 87 of Bolivar, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2020.
Born Tuesday, January 24, 1933 in Presidio, Texas, he was the son of Clemanta and Margina Jurado Cardenas. Mr. Cardenas moved from California to Tennessee in the early 1950's. He was married to Hester Ann Avent on April 30, 1988, worked for the Madison County School System and was retired from Bruce Hardwood Floors, Inc. after 22 + years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding 4-wheelers, travelling and just being outdoors. He was Catholic in belief.
In addition to his wife of nearly 32 years, he is survived by a son, Michael Bryan Cardenzs of Humboldt and 2 daughters, Rachael Cardenas of Los Banos, CA, and Isabell Cosana of Beech Bluff, TN; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Paul Jurado Cardenas.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
