Paige Robinson Dixon, Sr. was born on October 25, 1948, in Hardin County, Tennessee, he is the son of the late Richard Dixon and Margaret Dixon.
He is survived by his son, Richard Dixon and his wife Shannon of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; his sisters, Peggy Dixon Moore of Savannah, Tennessee, Margaret Dixon Haymon of Savannah, Tennessee, Belvann Dixon Bradshaw of Los Angeles, California, and Donna Dixon Flournoy of Savannah, Tennessee; nine grandchildren, Avery Taylor, Caleigh Dixon, Machaira Dixon, Savannah Dixon, Bailey Dixon, John Dixon, Paige Dixon, Delmer Dixon, and Aleeya Dixon; six great grandchildren, Alden Jacobi Dixon, Atlyss Oliver Peyton (Caleigh), Shaun Lee Taylor, Marion Taylor, Awbree Evette Taylor, and Deacon Creed Taylor (Avery Taylor); one great-great grandchild, Grae McFarlane (Shaun Taylor); and a loving host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Tracy Dixon and Paige Robinson Dixon, Jr.; and his sisters, Mary Dixon Mcgee, and Martha Dixon Banks.
Paige was an Army veteran that served during Vietnam. He received several accolades for his bravery during that time included the Purple Heart, and the Bronze Star.
Paige departed this life early Monday morning on December 20, 2021, in Clarksville, Tennessee, at the age of 73 years old.
