Paul E. Daniel departed this life on Saturday night, November 27, 2021, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

The husband of Helen J. Daniel, who survives, he was retired from Owens-Corning in Jackson. After retirement, he also worked at Kilgore in Toone. He was born Friday, May 30, 1941, in Cloverport, son of the late Norman Eugene Daniel and Bessie Cox Daniel and lived his whole life here. He served in the US Army for 2 years and was the former owner of Paul's Mens Fashions in Bolivar. Mr. Daniel enjoyed going to the restaurant in Middleton and drinking coffee with his friends and doing yard work outside. He was a member of Essary Springs Baptist Church.

In addition to his wife, whom he married on April 30, 1988, survivors include a daughter, Robin Cole (Rob) of Jackson; a stepdaughter, Sissy Pogue (Darrell) of Clifton; two stepsons, Early Fincher, Jr. (Amanda) of Middleton and Allen Fincher (Sherry) of West Memphis, AR; three sisters, Ora Mae Williams, Mary Ann Hatch and Betty Weaver, all of Cloverport; two brothers, T.C. Daniel of Cloverport and Bobby Daniel of Middleton; and two grandchildren, Nathan Paul Cole and Laney Robin Cole, both of Jackson.

He was preceded in death by a son, Paul Daniel, Jr., in 1990; and a neice, Roxanne Staggs.
