Peggy Sue Pevahouse Alley

Peggy Sue Pevahouse Alley of Clifton, TN, was born November 1, 1938 in Clifton, TN, the daughter of the late Henry Allen and Delia Mae McDonald Pevahouse. She was retired from Clifton Manufacturing and was of the Protestant faith.

Mrs. Alley departed this life on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at her daughter's home in Leoma, Tennessee at the age of 80 Years, 1 Month.

She is survived by three sons, Terry Joe Nance, Gary Dale Nance and Scotty Alley all of Clifton, TN; two daughters, Cindy Masiongale of Leoma, TN and Mary Jane (Tipp) Alley of Clifton, TN; 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and a brother, Tommy Pevahouse of Clifton, TN.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Alley was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Alley; a son, Mickey Nance; five brothers, Franklin (Pudd) Pevahouse, Carl Junior Pevahouse, Malcolm Pevahouse, Bobby Pevahouse and Ronald K. (Pete) Pevahouse; two sisters, Inez Berton and Wanda Faye (Lucy) Pevahouse.

Services will be Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 11 am at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Waynesboro, TN with Tracy Love officiating. Burial will be in Clifton Cemetery, Clifton, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Visitation will be Monday, December 3, 2018 from 6 pm to 8 pm and Tuesday, December 4, 2018 from 8 am to service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Rick Pevahouse, Kevin Nance, Spencer Walls, Bobby Ray Pevahouse, Roy Gene Pevahouse and Brandon Nance.
