Ralph Moore Maness
November 16, 1939 — August 7, 2017
Ralph Moore Maness was born November 16, 1939 in McNairy County, TN, the son of the late Shady Arlie and Anis Moore Maness. He was united in marriage to Mary Jo Wilson on September 2, 1959. Mrs. Maness preceded him in death on March 12, 2015. He owned and operated Maness Construction and Roofing for 41 years. He was a member of Bethel Springs Church of Christ. Mr. Maness departed this life on August 7, 2017 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 77 Years, 8 Months, 22 Days.
He is survived by a son, Ralph E. "Jackie" Maness of Bethel Springs, TN; a sister, Marie Sanders of Selmer, TN; a brother, Buel "Snookum" Maness of Henderson, TN; sister-in-law, Martha Williams and husband Roger of Selmer, TN; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Maness was preceded in death by two sisters, Jean Ferguson and Omadale Maness; a brother, Archie Lee Maness.
He is survived by a son, Ralph E. "Jackie" Maness of Bethel Springs, TN; a sister, Marie Sanders of Selmer, TN; a brother, Buel "Snookum" Maness of Henderson, TN; sister-in-law, Martha Williams and husband Roger of Selmer, TN; and a host of nieces and nephews.
