Randall Craig Gobbell

Randall Craig Gobbell of Waynesboro, TN was born July 27, 1969 in Waynesboro, TN, the son of Evelyn Caperton Gobbell of Waynesboro, TN, who survives and the late James Austin Gobbell.

He was united in marriage to Sheila Darlene Reynolds on September 24, 2005. Mr. Gobbell was the owner for 30 years of 48 Creek Motors LLC and was a member of the Wayne Furnace Church of Christ in Waynesboro, Tennessee.

He departed this life on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at his home at the age of 50 Years, 4 Months, 20 Days.

Other than his mother, he is survived by his wife, Sheila Darlene Reynolds Gobbell, daughters, Amicka and Avery Gobbell, step-daughters, Ashley Smith and Samantha Weir all of Waynesboro, TN; step-grandchildren, Nevaeh and Kaysen Weir and Jackson and Ryker Moser; sisters, Mary Ann Gobbell of Leoma, TN and Diane Gobbell Borngesser of New Jersey.

In addition to his father, Mr. Gobbell was preceded in death by a brother, Rayford Gobbell and grandparents, Hobert and Roxie Gobbell and John and Tennie Caperton.

Services will be Friday, December 20, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Cary Crews officiating. Burial will follow in Wayne Furnace Church of Christ Cemetery, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County assisting the family.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 6 pm to 9 pm and Friday, December 20, 2019 from 8 am to service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Brewer, Jamie Brewer, Jason, Ray, Allen Dixon, John Kelley and Janzen Kelley with honorary pallbearers being Marshall Keeton and Karen Keeton.
