Ritchie Van Weaver departed this life on Saturday, September 2, 2017, at the age of 64 years and 2 months. He was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on July 2, 1953, the son of the late VanDyke Weaver and Melba Loree Singleton Weaver McCullough.
Ritchie was raised in Milledgeville, Tennessee and was a member of the Milledgeville United Methodist Church. He left the quaint little town to go to college and to pursue a career, but later returned to call it home. In his spare time he enjoyed history, reading, debating, tennis, and golf.
He is survived by many cousins and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Willie and Pappa Weaver.
Private services were held.
