ROBBIE SMITH STANFILL
Henderson, TN: Robbie Dean Smith Stanfill age 85 passed away November 7, 2018 at Henderson Health & Rehabilitation Center.
She was born July 23, 1933 in Chester County, the daughter of the late Clifford Garfield and Mary Vivian Jones Smith. She attended Chester County Schools and graduated Jackson Beauty Academy.
She married Guy Stanfill and they made their home in Henderson. She worked a few years at Salant & Salant. She owned and operated Robbie’s Beauty Cottage out of her home for over forty-five years.
She was a member of the Henderson Church of Christ,
She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and had served as an officer in the DAR and was also a former member of the Chester County Historical Society.
Mrs. Stanfill is survived by two sons, Doug Stanfill and Phil Stanfill both of Henderson; a twin brother, Bobby Smith (Elaine) of Henderson; two grandchildren, Kayce Kilzer (Ben) and Ryan Stanfill and one great grandchild, Reagan Kilzer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Glenn Smith and William Smith and three sisters, Ruth Spencer, Sue Smith Naylor and Jaunez Knipper.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue with Ben Flatt and Anita Smith Hart officiating. Burial will follow in Chester County Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Crook Avenue 5 PM until 8 PM Friday.
