Rose Marie (nee Boroni)Story LaRue was born November 3, 1929 in Joliet, IL the daughter of the late Robert and Mary C. Pasteris Boroni.
During her high school years, Rose Marie worked for her father and uncle at Boroni Brothers Coal Company in Joliet, IL . She worked many years at Polk's Brothers in Joliet, IL before retiring in 1978 to Lawton, Tennessee. When she moved to Tennessee, she worked at Garan Manufacturing and was the owner/operator of the Tanning Alley in Adamsville. She enjoyed working and loved visiting with her customers. She loved to cook, bake and rarely used a recipe.
Mrs. LaRue departed this life on November 23, 2018 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 89 Years, 20 Days. She is survived by a daughter, Deborah Jesson and husband Gary of Minooka, IL; a son, Robert Story and wife Vickie of Adamsville, TN; three grandsons, Robert A. Nuetzmann Jr., Shawn R. Story, Chad G. Belton; three great grandchildren; two sisters, Jeannie Reinhardt of Joliet, IL, Judy Bulger of Joliet, IL; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. LaRue was preceded in death by her husband, Milford LaRue; and the father of her children, Harold Story.
