Roxanna Eva Derr Milligan departed this life on Sunday, March 14, 2021, at the age of 66 years, 9 months, and 12 days. She was born in Independence, Iowa, on June 2, 1954, the daughter of the late Annette Marie Black Swiney and Herbert Franklin Derr.
Roxanna loved crafts, listening to Elvis music, holidays, with Christmas being her favorite. She loved her family, enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, and loved her dogs, especially Bitty, which she adored.
Roxanna is survived by her children, Sherri Kelley and her husband Shane of Fairbank, Iowa, and Dave Postel and his wife Jennifer of Eldridge, Iowa; grandchildren, Crystal, Sabrina, Asa, Justus, Alec, Caleb, and Lani; great grandchildren, Lorenzo and Lyle; and brothers, Donald Derr and his wife Rita of Savannah, Tennessee, and Dwayne Derr and his wife Sarah of Counce, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents, Roxanna was preceded in death by her brothers, Byron Taylor and Curtis Derr.
Private family services will be held.
