Rush "Rowdy" Mayfield was born on January 31, 1977 in Memphis, Tennessee.
He was united in marriage to Jessica Wells, who survives.
"Rowdy" was a business owner who was active in the community. He was a member of Amazing Life Church in Savannah, Tennessee. He was a collector and enjoyed going to the river. But more than anything, he loved being with his girls.
Rush "Rowdy" Mayfield departed this life on Monday, February 14, 2022 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 45 years and 14 days.
He is survived by his wife, Jessica Mayfield of Crump, Tennessee; daughters, Patience Mayfield, Love-Lee Mayfield, Heavenlee Mayfield, and Liberty Mayfield, all of Crump, Tennessee; father, Berl Mayfield and his wife Lisa of Franklin, Tennessee; mother, Susan Baldwin Mayfield of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; sisters, Michelle Pewitt and her husband Hank of Saltillo, Tennessee, Natalie Anderson and her husband Chris of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and Dorothy Mercado and her husband Gabriel of Franklin, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Daddy Jim and Virginia Mayfield and Don and Tennie Baldwin.
Pallbearers will be Hank Pewitt, Gary Spitzley, Jamie Mayfield, Mickey Keeton, Jerry Murphy, and Mark Lester. Honorary Pallbearers will be Travis Ervin, Corey Kelley, and Matthew Lipford.
