Russell Daniel was born November 15, 1928 in Hardin County, TN the son of the late Ralph Lee Roy and Veola Meek Daniel.
He was united in marriage to Jennie Ann Carothers on November 12, 1955.
Mr. Daniel was a car salesman for 47 years at Pettigrew Ford in Adamsville, TN. In his spare time, he farmed in the evening and raised cattle. He, along with his wife, loved to travel having visited every state except Hawaii. They also enjoyed going on cruises. He was a loving husband, brother and uncle.
Mr. Daniel departed this life on June 8, 2018 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 89 Years, 6 Months, 24 Days. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Jennie Daniel of Adamsville, TN; three sisters-in-law, Nell Daniel of Adamsville, TN, Dorothy Carothers of Selmer, TN, Lena Cook of Adamsville, TN; nephews, Jackie Daniel and wife Cora Mae of Adamsville, TN, Danny Daniel and wife, Judy of Somerville, TN; nieces, Christie Plunk and husband Anthony of Adamsville, TN, Melinda Carothers and husband Russ of Milwaukee, WI, and Lisa Carothers of Selmer, TN; great nephews, Carson Plunk and Ryan Daniel and wife Jessica; great nieces, Robyn Pettigrew and husband Kip, and Blair Crossnine; and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Daniel was preceded in death by a brother, Willard Daniel; brothers-in-law, Thomas Carothers and Clarence Cook.
