Sandra Gobbell Camfield

Sandra Gobbell Camfield of Waynesboro, TN was born February 8, 1945 in Waynesboro, TN, the daughter of the late William Wiley Gobbell, Jr. and Helen Virginia Clayton Gobbell. She was united in marriage to Ronnie Warren Camfield on December 4, 1966 and he preceded her in death on March 23, 2002.

Mrs. Camfield was a babysitter and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Waynesboro, Tennessee. She departed this life on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at her home at the age of 77 Years, 2 Months, 1 Day.

She is survived by a son, Michael Camfield and wife, Amanda of Waynesboro, TN; daughters, Christi Floyd and husband, Rob and Kim Bunch and husband, Kevin all of Waynesboro, TN and Melessia Evers and husband, John of Madison, AL; daughter-in-law, Susan Camfield of Waynesboro, TN; grandchildren, Cassidy Reaves, husband, Zack, Chase Camfield, wife, Shalayna, Camden Floyd, wife, Caitlyn, Gunnar Bunch, Henley Floyd, Landon Floyd, Ethan Camfield, Cambree Camfield, Cayman Camfield, Warren Camfield, Pearce Evers, Briggs Evers and Emerson Camfield; great-grandchildren, Collins Camfield and baby Reaves is on the way; brothers, Autry Gobbell and wife, Martha of Clifton, TN and Doug Gobbell and wife, Diane of Waynesboro, TN.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Camfield was preceded in death by a son, Jason Camfield and mother-in-law, Ruth Camfield.

Services will be Monday, April 11, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Larry Janes, Adam Rush and Michael Camfield officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens at Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.

Pallbearers will be Sandra's nine grandsons.

Visitation will be Monday, April 11, 2022 from 10 am to service time at the funeral home.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations should be given to the Janet Smith Foundation or the Butterfly Foundation.
