Sara Sills Edwards, 69, of Grand Junction, passed from this life Friday afternoon, May 28, 2021 at her home.
She was born January 29, 1952, in Memphis, daughter of the late William Ernest Sills and Treva Rhoads Sills, moving to Hardeman County in 1989. She married Dr. Nick Edwards, Jr. on October 24, 1982 and worked as office manager at his dental practice. She worked in retail prior to that. She was active in her church, Immanuel Episcopal, in LaGrange and was very ept at homemaking and taking care of things.
Survivors include her husband, Dr. Nick Edwards of Grand Junction; a daughter, Nikki Edwards of Grand Junction and a granddaughter, Olivia. Memorial contributions in her name may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org/donate) or Immanuel Episcopal Church in LaGrange, TN.
