Ms. Sarah Nadine Cummins Pigg was born October 31, 1945 in Collinwood, TN to the union of the late Garland and Lydia Watkins Cummins. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Collinwood. She spent her life as a homemaker, always making sure he children and grandchildren were well cared for. Ms Pigg departed this life on May 20, 2021 in Mufreesboro, Tennessee at the age of 75 Years, 6 Months and 20 Days.
She is survived by three daughters, Sarah Pigg Cable of Robinsville, NC, Hazel Pigg of Dalton, GA, Angela Pigg Keeton of Collinwood, TN; two sons, Charles Pigg Jr. and wife Morna of Muscle Shoals, AL, Adam Blackburn and wife Jaydee of Collinwood, TN; three sisters, Mable Kelly of Collinwood, TN, Grace West of Collinwood, TN, Shirley Smoke of Iron City, TN; a brother, Glen Cummins of Savannah, TN; eight grandchildren, Jessica Cotromano and husband Vincent of Loretto, TN, Blake Thompson and wife Miranda of Santa Fe, TN, Bo Cable of Brison City, NC, Zach Keeton of Collinwood, TN, Eden Keeton of Killen, AL, Marlon Adams of Robinsville, NC, Rhett Blackburn, Ramzee Blackburn; and fourteen great grandchildren, Ivy Smith, Ava Wright, Mia Wright, Aries Cotromano, Ivan Cotromano, Ethan Thompson, Kendall Thompson, Lindsey Thompson, Zade Keeton, Easton Sherrills, Leah Sherrills, Kimber Cable, Max Cable and Chesney Baker.
In addition to her husband, Charles Ray Pigg Sr. and parents, Ms Pigg was preceded in death by a son, Marlon Pigg; a brother, Howard Cummins; and her son-in-law Ronald Cable
Visitation will be held on Sunday May 23, 2021 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Grace Baptist Church and again on Monday May 24, 2021 from 12:00 PM until service time at 1:00 PM at Grace Baptist Church in Collinwood.
Services will be held on Monday May 24, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Grace Baptist Church in Collinwood, with officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens at Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors Assisting the Family.
