Stanley Joe Darden

Stanley Joe Darden passed away December 6, 2020 at the age of 62. He was born September 9, 1958 in Memphis, TN to Gay and Mary Jo Darden. Stanley retired from the Memphis Fire Department after working 26 years. Stanley was united in marriage to Shirley Phillips Lambert on July 29, 2018. On Wednesdays and Fridays Stan enjoyed playing golf at Shiloh Golf Course. Most of his days were spent at the river. Stanley is survived by his wife, Shirley Phillips Darden; two step children, Stephanie Lambert and Chris Lambert and wife Tonya; two grandchildren, Acen and Riley Lambert; brother, Michael Anderson Darden and wife Gigi; four nieces: Jamie Darden Marshall, Mary Aston Darden, Heather Leigh Gurley, Jessica Gurley Vesquez. Stan was preceded in death by his parents, Gay and Mary Jo Darden and a sister, Diane Lynn Darden Plunk.
