Steve Pitts was born October 29, 1944 in Milledgeville, TN the son of the late Herschel and Roxie Ellis Pitts.

He was united in marriage to Barbara Talbert on May 17, 1969.

Mr. Pitts began working for Vinson's Drug Store at the age of 13, and continued until graduating from Adamsville High School in 1962. In his spare time he enjoyed skeet and trap shooting, fishing, and participating in car shows with his black 1995 Chevy Silverado 4X4. His favorite activity, however, was spending time with his two grandchildren, Campbell and Ford. Mr. Pitts was a faithful member of First United Methodist Church in Adamsville for 60 years.

Mr. Pitts departed this life on April 12, 2018 at his home in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 73 Years, 5 Months, 14 Days.
