was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on April 14, 1973 the daughter of Jo Ann Gean Mayhall and the late David H. Mayhall.
Tammy did office work for 23 years at Pickwick Landing State Park. She was a member of Pickwick Church of Christ. In her spare time Tammy enjoyed taking walks and getting on Facebook.
She departed this life on Saturday, July 2, 2022 in Counce, Tennessee at the age of 49 years, 2 months and 18 days.
Tammy is survived by her mother, JoAnn Mayhall of Counce, Tennessee; brother, David Mayhall, Jr. of Counce, Tennessee; several aunts,uncles, and cousins; and a very dear friend, Delinda Young of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Owen and Alice Gean, and Sherman and Ella Mae Mayhall.
