Thomas Myrick

Thomas Myrick departed this life on Friday, July 26, 2019, at the age of 63 years, 9 months, and 11 days. He was born in Selmer, Tennessee on October 15, 1955, the son of the late Walter C. Myrick and Clara DeShazier Myrick Davis.

Thomas was a block layer and carpenter. He attended Living Word Fellowship Church and loved to garden and write poetry.

He is survived by his children, Diamond Lear of Counce, Tennessee, Shawn Myrick of Savannah, Tennessee, and Luke Myrick of Counce, Tennessee; grandchildren, Emily Myrick, Hannah Myrick, Aiden Myrick, Jackson Myrick, Ellie Raines, and Anthony Lear; a brother, Jerry Myrick of Savannah, Tennessee; and sisters, Kathy Crotts and Peggy Myrick, both of Savannah, Tennessee.

In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by a sister, Rita Jean Neill; brothers, Larry Myrick and Ricky Myrick; and an infant sibling.
