Tina Marie Adkins, age 55 passed away surrounded by her loving family.
She was born March 6, 1964 in Chicago, IL the daughter of the late John Carson Adkins and Frances Marie Camberos Adkins. She graduated from Crystal Lake Central High School and McHenry County College in Crystal Lake, IL. She is survived by two brothers, John Adkins, Jr. of Henderson, TN, Shannon Adkins (Lisa) of West Palm Beach, FL and one sister Cindy Napoli (John) of Henderson, TN; nieces and nephews, Rachel Heidelberg (Dillion), Brain Napoli (Brittni Pearson), Ashley Adkins, Haley Adkins, Kendall Adkins, Brooke Adkins, Anna Napoli and one great nephew Brock Napoli. As well as, many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that you make a donation in her honor to the American Cancer Society.
Shackelford Funeral Directors of Selmer are in charge of arrangements.
