Tina Ann Pierce Plunkett

Tina Ann Pierce Plunkett was born on July 25, 1967 in Parsons, Tennessee, the daughter of Carolyn Henson Smith and the late Joe E. Pinson.

On December 4, 2009, she was united in marriage to Tommy Plunkett, who survives.

Tina and Tommy attended Childers Hill Pentecostal Church in Michie, Tennessee and Tina also attended Life In The Word Church in Corinth, Mississippi. She worked for several different places as a waitress and worked for Care Inn for a long time. Tina completed her Certified Nursing Assistant training in Corinth, Mississippi. She enjoyed singing, working in her yard, and cooking Mexican food. Nothing made Tina more excited than getting to go fishing and she would even catch you in the nose if you tried to get in the way of her going!

Tina Ann Pierce Plunkett departed this life on January 19, 2022 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 54 years, 5 months, and 25 days.

She is survived by her husband, Tommy Plunkett of Savannah, Tennessee; son, Timothy Pierce of Savannah, Tennessee; mother, Carolyn Henson Smith of Corinth, Mississippi; step mother, Carolyn A. Pinson of Savannah, Tennessee; sister, Pam Shouse and her husband Ted of Corinth, Mississippi; and brothers, Joey Pinson and his wife Heather of Crump, Tennessee, Robert Pinson and his wife Rebecca of Corinth, Mississippi, Steven Barnes and his wife Brandy of Savannah, Tennessee, and Carl Rogers and his wife Tonya of Michie, Tennessee.

In addition to her father, Tina was preceded in death by her sister, Heather Pinson Davis.
