TOMMY LARD

was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on February 23, 1952, the son of the late Archie Dean and Ella Adeline Bonee Lard.

Tommy was an over the road truck driver for various trucking firms. He also had worked for Wolfe Sales Company and had been an Industrial Electrician. Tommy attended First Baptist Church in Crump, Tennessee. Tommy loved playing basketball and fishing. He liked driving past the river and watching the water rise and fall. Tommy enjoyed landscaping his lawn and he loved spending time with his dogs.

Tommy departed this life on October 1, 2017 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 65 years, 7 months and 8 days.

He is survived by his daughter, Nichole Ness and her husband Terry of Adamsville, Tennessee; 2 step daughters, Brandy Lewis of Trezevent, Tennessee and Crystal Alexander and her husband Henry of Finger, Tennessee; 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; his companion, Mary R. Lewis of Adamsville, Tennessee; and 2 sisters, Rebecca Young and her husband Larry of Adamsville, Tennessee and Kathy Riley of Woodville, Alabama.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Larry Lard.
