Travis (Tabby) Wayne Durbin was born on May 9, 1945, the son of the late Robert Eli and Elsie Ophelia Tuberville Durbin.
Mr. Durbin was self employed as a carpenter and was a member of Savannah Jaycees. He loved to spend time metal detecting, playing golf, going fishing, and writing songs. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Travis (Tabby) Wayne Durbin departed this life on March 5, 2021 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 75 years, 9 months, and 24 days.
He is survived by his sister, Mary Juanita LoPorto of Savannah, Tennessee; nieces and nephews, Nick LoPorto of Savannah, Tennessee, Lisa Beck and her husband Wayne of Counce, Tennessee, Wanda White of Crump, Tennessee, Debbie Green and her husband Kenneth of Adamsville, Tennessee, Joe and his wife BJ of Memphis, Tennessee, Linda Burroughs and her husband J. E. of New Johnsonville, Tennessee, Deana Wilkinson and her husband Don of Adamsville, Tennessee, Sandi Breazeale and her husband Donnie of Kosciusko, Mississippi, Stan Durbin of Adamsville, Tennessee, and Wanda Pickens of Adamsville, Tennessee; and several great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to his parents, Travis was preceded in death by his sisters, Jessie Evelyn Pearson, Frances Marie English, and Lois Christine Bowen; brothers, Billy William Durbin, Charles Edward Durbin, and Bobby Joe Durbin; niece, Tina Davis and her husband Chris; and nephews, Jeff LoPorto, Doug Durbin and his wife Patty, and Randy Durbin.
