On October 5, 1992, she was united in marriage to Donald Coy Sowell, who preceded his wife in death on February 19, 2012.
Mrs. Sowell worked at Kay's Appliance for several years. She was a member of Grace Point Church in Savannah, Tennessee. Vicki enjoyed painting, singing, and reading.
Vicki Kay Sowell departed this life on Thursday, May 26, 2022 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 69 years, 8 months, and 24 days.
She is survived by her sons, Keith Black and his wife Denise, Jonathon Willis, Jesse Barker, and William Barker; daughters, Christina Doyle and her husband Robert, Samantha Hedgeman, Shalada Fors and her husband John, and Patricia Barker; 16 grandchilldren; 9 great grandchildren; and siblings, Mike Wiseman, Larry Wiseman, and Pat Wiseman.
