Wallace Franklin Rich

WALLACE FRANKLIN RICH

was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on October 19, 1923 the son of the late James Benny and Lantie Reed Rich.

On March 20, 1946 he was united in marriage to Onita Hudson, who survives.

Mr. Rich served his country in the United States Navy as a Naval Armed Guard. He was a self employed mechanic at Wallace's Garage for 30 years and he also owned Rich's Sawmill. Mr. Rich was a member of the American Legion.

In addition to his wife, Onita of 67 years, he is survived by his children, Roy Rich and his wife Brenda of Adamsville, Tennessee and Dr. Rita Rich West of Memphis, Tennessee

3 grandchildren, Gregory Allen Rich, Jennifer West Burress and her husband Joseph and Bradley Kenneth West

4 great grandchildren, Mason Burress, Samuel Burress, Victoria Rich and Julia Rich

2 step great grandchildren, Sonya Burress and Dakota Burress

one sister, Christine Allison of Savannah, Tennessee and one brother, Tommy G. Rich of Savannah, Tennessee

In addition to his parents, Mr. Rich was also preceded in death by one brother, James Duel Rich
