WINNIE PARKS

was born in Heber Springs, Arkansas on July 25, 1945 the daughter of the late Doyle and Dessie Rackley.

Winnie was a retired CNA. She was always on the go, taking care of all her children and anyone in need until her last breath. Winnie was a beautiful and caring person inside and out. Her heart was right with God.

Winnie departed this life on Saturday, April 11, 2020 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 74 years, 8 months and 19 days.

She is survived by her children, Charles Halpain, Jr. of Halls, Tennessee, Linda Alley of Adamsville, Tennessee, Richard Louis Halpain of Halls, Tennessee, Cathy Halpain, Amanda Parks and Billy Parks, all of Adamsville, Tennessee; 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; brother, William Rackley of Hot Springs, Arkansas; and sister, Wanda Heddrick of Florida.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandchild, Derrick Alley and one brother, Howard Rackley.

In response to Governor Lee's Executive Order 17 which took effect at 12:01 AM March 23, 2020, there will be no public visitations or services until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this difficult time.
