Wylofaye Daniel

December 10, 1938 - January 23, 2022

Mrs. Wylofaye Berry Daniel was born December 10, 1938, in Wayne County, TN the daughter of the late Johnny Joe "Jab" and Frances Hannah Dickey Berry. She was united in marriage to James W. "Jimmy" Daniel on December 22, 1956. Mr. Daniel preceded her in death on July 14, 2011. She worked as a seamstress and linemanager for Angelica Corporation, Tennessee River Apparel and TeeJays Manufacturing and was a member of the Collinwood Freewill Baptist Church. Mrs. Daniel departed this life on January 23, 2022, in Collinwood, Tennessee at the age of 83 Years, 1 Month and 13 Days. She is survived by a daughter, Angela May (William "Bill") of Collinwood, TN; a sister, Jimmie Lou Peppers and husband Jim of Lawrenceburg, TN; two grandchildren, James A. "Jamie" Stone of Collinwood, TN, Trevin Daniel May of Collinwood, TN; three great-grandchildren Isaiah William Luke Stone, Sawyer David Ray Stone, and Presley Breanna Nadine Stone; She is also survived by her brother-in-law, Johnnie Russ Daniel (Katherine) of Collinwood, TN; seven sisters-in-law, Dean Daniel of Collinwood, TN, Edna Luker (Herbert) of Collinwood, TN, Joyce Sue Cobb (Bill) of Niceville, FL, Peg Daniel of Collinwood, TN, Shirley Daniel of Florence, AL, Sue Daniel of Waynesboro, TN, and Rebecca Daniel of Savannah, TN. In addition to her husband of 54 years and parents, Mrs. Daniel was preceded in death by her son, James W. "Tuffy" Daniel, Jr., a grandson William Nathaniel "Nathan" May and her baby brother, Billy Ray Berry. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 24, 2022, from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and again on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, from 12:00 PM until service time at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors, Collinwood. Services will be held on Tuesday January 25, 2022, at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Tim Hanback, Greg Eaton and Steven Turnbow officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens at Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County Assisting.
