A. C. Russom

A. C. Russom was born March 14, 1931 in Chester County, Tennessee the son of the late Richard Blaine and Pearl Kirby Russom.Mr. Russom was employed in the maintenance department of Brown Shoe Company in Selmer,Tennessee for 32 years. After his retirement, Mr. Russom enjoyed working on small engines. He always liked being outdoors, spending as much time as possible working under his "shade tree" in the yard. He tried to live a simple life and do things the way he thought they ought to be done.Mr. Russom departed this life on February 28, 2011 in Bethel Springs, Tennessee at the age of 79 Years, 11 Months, 14 Days. He is survived by two daughters, Sandra Kay Durham and husband Danny of Memphis, TN and Kathie Wilson of Finger, TN; five grandchildren: Angie Alley, Brandon Bauman, David Bauman, Eric Wilson, and Jessica Wilson; 8 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. In addition to his parents, Mr. Russom was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Rickman; three sisters, and four brothers.
