Aileen Butler Dickey of Sterling Heights, MI, was born November 24, 1920 in Iron City, TN, the daughter of the late Joseph Butler and Carrie Keeton. She married Tommie Lee Dickey, June 27, 1937 and he preceded her in death, January 16, 1992.
Mrs. Dickey was a homemaker and departed this life, January 21, 2017 in Sterling Heights, Michigan at the age of 96 Years, 1 Month, 28 Days.
She is survived by sons, Jerry Dickey of Sterling Heights, MI, Bill Dickey of St. Louis, MO; five grandsons and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Dickey was preceded in death by brothers, Alvin, Norman and Jessie Butler and sisters, Bessie Kirkpatrick, Lillian Whitten, Corene Olive, Nell Norton, Emmanola Berry and Earlene Walker.
A graveside service will be Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Railroad Cemetery, Iron City, Tennessee with Tim Hanback officiating and Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.
Visitation will be from 2:30 pm to service time at the funeral home.
