A.L. Creach

A.L. Creach was born April 15, 1927 in Valdosta, GA the son of the late Jesse and Sarah E. Creach. He was united in marriage to Betty J Ashworth on January 22, 1956. and she preceded him in death on  January 21, 2018. A.L. honorably served his country in the United States Army and self-employed as a commercial construction worker. He was the Pastor of the Church of Jesus Christ in Center Hill, FL. In his spare time, A.L. enjoyed flying his airplane and spending time with family, friends, and his dogs. A.L. departed this life on May 31, 2023 in Waynesboro, TN at the age of 96 years, 1 month, and 16 days.

He is survived by sons, A.L. Creach (Dahkina) of Waynesboro, TN, Glenn Dale Creach (Susie) of Fayetteville, TN, and Samuel Creach (Brenda) of Webster, FL; daughters, Belinda Anderson (Robert Sr.) of Collinwood, TN, Regina Bevis (Bobby Lee) of Waynesboro, TN, Patricia Farver (Ron) of W. Palm Beach, FL, Wanda Walker (Ronald) of Webster, FL; and brothers, Hollis Creach (Maybelline) of Lakeland, FL, and Franklin Creach of Lakeland, FL.

In addition to his wife and parents, A.L. was preceded in death by brothers, Ivy Creach and W.C. Creach, and sisters, Louise Williams and Edith Mae.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Waynesboro, TN.

A graveside service with Military Rites will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 3:00 pm at the Memorial Gardens in Waynesboro, TN with Joe Paul Bryant officiating. Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.
