Alford L. Holloway was born July 15, 1952 in Corinth, MS the son of the late Mary Louvine Youngblood Britton.
He was united in marriage to Cynthia Thomas on February 14, 1993.
Mr. Holloway was a self-employed carpenter. He was a member of the Chewalla Baptist Church. He was a kind and giving man, he loved to make people laugh and his laughter was contagious. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, gardening, and going to yard sales. He was a loving son, brother, husband and father.
Mr. Holloway departed this life on March 10, 2013 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 60 Years, 7 Months, 23 Days. He is survived by his wife Cynthia Holloway of Ramer, TN; a son, Darrell Holloway of Chewalla, TN; two daughters, Andrea Tidwell and husband Shane of Bethel Springs, TN, Stephanie Jones and husband Dexter of Ramer, TN; six brothers, Clay Britton and wife Shari of Chewalla, TN, Carmon Britton and wife Patsy of Michie, TN, Rowdy Holloway of Corinth, MS, Daniel Holloway of Wenasoga, MS, Clifton Holloway of Corinth, MS, Ralph Holloway of Tupelo, MS; three sisters, Becky Clark of Okolona, MS, Kathie Keele of Tupelo, MS, Ketherine Green of MS; host of extended family and friends.
Mr. Holloway was preceded in death by his parents, L.C. and Mary Louvine Britton; a brother, Carroll Britton; a sister, Christine Kirk.
