Alice Marie Garrison was born January 19, 1950 in Dallas, TX the daughter the late Frank Smith and Rose Ryder Smith.

She was a member of the Second Baptist Church in Selmer, TN. She worked at Walmart in Selmer for 32 years. Alice had a quiet strength she displayed throughout her life.

Alice departed this life on February 28, 2026 in Bethel Springs, Tennessee at the age of 76 Years, 1 Month, 9 Days. She will be remembered fondly by her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Ronnie Garrison; sister, Patsy Smith; son, Bill Garrison; two granddaughters, Claire Pression, Carley Garrison; two great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Buster Garrison and wife Betty Gail; nieces and nephews: Erica Cooper, John Lunceforb, Kelly Vanbenthusen, Shawn Garrison, Keith Garrison; four great nephews and three great nieces; special friend, Georgia McIntyre.

In addition to her parents, Alice is preceded in death by a daughter, Amy Daffron in 1991.
