ALVIN RAY SMITH

was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on April 2, 1964 the son of Bessie Benson Smith and the late Alvin Eugene Smith.

Alvin was a logger for J. B. Smith Logging. He loved to fish, hunt and ride four wheelers.

Alvin departed this life on June 12, 2014 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 50 years, 2 months and 10 days.

In addition to his mother, Bessie Smith of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by four sisters, Barbara Shubert, Wanda Franks and her husband Howard, Betty O'Daniel and her husband Jerry and Becky Lambert and her husband Dennis and two brothers, Garry Smith and his wife Kelly and Arthur Smith, all of Savannah, Tennessee

Alvin is also survived by 24 nieces and nephews

In addition to his father, he is also preceded in death by one sister, Mary Lou Franks and 2 nieces
