Andy Glen Horton

Andy Glen Horton was born September 16, 1980 in Columbia, TN, the son of Jonia Glyn Luker Boston and the late Charles Randy Horton. He made his home in Santa Clarita, CA with the love of his life, Joyce Tom.

Andy was a film producer/director and was employed with Pilgrim Studios in North Hollywood, CA. He was a member of the Mt. Hope Methodist Church in Waynesboro, Tennessee.

Andy departed this life on Thursday, April 16, 2015 in Burnet, Texas at the age of 34 Years, 7 Months.

He is survived by parents, Jonia and Jerry Boston; half-brothers, Jordan Horton and wife, Bailee, Nicholas Horton and Logan Horton; half-sister, Brandy Burks and husband, Jay; his grandmother, Shirley Luker all of Waynesboro, TN; step-sisters, Shannon Scheri and husband, Brian and Jenny White and husband, John Paul all of Florence, AL; the love of his life, Joyce Tom of Santa Clarita, CA; a niece, aunts, uncles and cousins.

In addition to his father, Mr. Horton was preceded in death by grandparents, Glen Luker, Charles Horton and wife, Joann and Wylodean Greeson and husband, Lemuel.

Services will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Cary Crews and Todd Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Pallbearers will be Jordan Horton, Nicholas Horton, Logan Horton,Kane Tucker, Matthew Long and Drew Luker. Honorary pallbearers will be Chance King and Evan Bedford.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 22, 2015 from 5:30 pm to 9 pm and Thursday, April 23, 2015 from 8 am to service time at the funeral home.
