Anita Cardinalli Ewoldt departed this life on Monday, February 20, 2017, at the age of 67 years, 5 months, and 23 days. She was born in California on August 28, 1949, the daughter of the late Frank and Marion Cardinalli.
Anita had lived in California until about 20 years ago when she made the move to Hardin County, Tennessee. She was the owner and operator of two local businesses, Savannah Cooks and Uptown Restaurant. Anita enjoyed cooking and traveling. She attended the First United Methodist Church in Savannah, Tennessee.
She is survived by her son, Brandon Griggs and his wife, Amy of Savannah, Tennessee; and grandchild, Brooklyn Griggs.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
