ANNE WHITE MOSIER
Henderson, TN: Virginia Anne White Mosier age 92 passed away April 21, 2020 at the Henderson Health & Rehabilitation Center.
She was born March 31, 1928 in Chester County, the daughter of the late Luther Mitchell and Della Mae Norwood White. She graduated from Chester County High School in 1945. She married Buford Mosier and they made their home in Henderson. She worked as a secretary for Coy C. Barron and as a bookkeeper for Robert A. Wamble Trucking. She worked for CADC which became Southwest Human Resource Agency as a bookkeeper and payroll clerk.
She was very active in the community and was a member and leader in the Henderson Elks Lodge Ladies Auxiliary.
She loved to collect Beanie Babies, do crafts and always wanted the grandchildren to come to her house.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Mrs. Mosier is survived by two sons, Mike Mosier of Jackson and Bruce Mosier of Henderson; nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; a brother, George White of Jackson and a sister, Jane Preslar of Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Allan Mosier in 1980 and Tim Mosier in 2008 and three brothers, Jimmy White, Max White and Wayne White.
Tn governor’s executive order #22 in an attempt to limit individual’s to the exposure and spread pf the covid-19 virus limits social gatherings of 10 or more people has been extended to April 30th, to comply with this order SFD will continue to announce deaths in our community but will not announce visitations or service times.
