Annie Massey departed this life on Sunday, March 13, 2016, at the age of 67 years, 3 months, 13 days. She was born in Counce, Tennessee on November 30, 1948, the daughter of the late Travis and Leller Mae McCain Dixon. On October 30, 1992, she was united in marriage to Haywood "Woody" Massey, who preceded her in death on March 3, 1997.
Annie was a homemaker and had previously worked at Garan Manufacturing. She enjoyed spending time with her daughter and grandchild.
She is survived by her daughter, Dallas Dawn Benson of Pickwick Dam, Tennessee; grandchild, Addyson Burks; brother, Frank Dixon of Pickwick Dam, Tennessee; and her aunt, Aunt Bay of Pickwick Dam, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Travis Wayne Dixon and David Wayne Dixon.
Annie was a homemaker and had previously worked at Garan Manufacturing. She enjoyed spending time with her daughter and grandchild.
