Aubrey Neil Bryan

Aubrey Neil Bryan was born December 22, 1931 in Lepanto, Arkansas the son of the late Steve Lee and Vada Marie Ward Bryan.



He was united in marriage to Mary Ann Bradshaw on October 1, 1957. Mrs. Bryan preceded him in death on March 12, 2008 after 50 years of marriage.



Mr. Bryan was a graduate of Marked Tree High School in Marked Tree, Arkansas, where he played football. After graduation from high school, he attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville for two years, where he played baseball. Mr. Bryan was a member of the Selmer Moose Lodge, the Selmer Golf and Country Club, and the First Baptist Church of Selmer. He was a farmer and a true steward of the land; one of his greatest pleasures in life was tending to his crops and seeing after the land on which they grew.



Mr. Bryan departed this life on December 19, 2010 at his home in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 78 Years, 11 Months, 27 Days. He is survived by four daughters: Charlotte Brooks Duvall and husband Larry of Memphis, TN, Carol Bryan Kennedy and husband Paul of Collierville, TN, Donna Bryan Kendrick and husband Meade of Germantown, TN, and Janet Wagner and husband Chris of Jackson, TN; eight grandchildren: Christine L. Paganoni and husband Dennis John, Larry Nathan Duvall, Jr., Bryan Paul Kennedy, Claire Browning Kennedy, Sarah Grace Wagner, Julie Anne Wagner, Mary Elizabeth Kendrick, and Meade Hammond Kendrick IV; a great-grandchild, Jackson Carter Paganoni; two sisters, Myrle Bryan Patrick and husband William of Ramer, TN and Joy Bryan Pearcy and husband Harold of Selmer, TN; and many extended family and friends.
