Audrey Stanfill

Henderson, TN: Audrey Hazel Newman Stanfill, age 89 passed away December 20, 2011 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.She was born in Chester County the daughter of the late John Albert(Jake) and Lula Johnson Newman. She attended schools in Chester County and graduated Chester County High School in 1942 and attended Freed Hardeman College. She married William Luther (Luke) Stanfill on March 25, 1977. Mr. Stanfill died May 6, 1985. Mrs. Stanfill worked as a sales clerk for several different stores in Henderson and was Manager of Joe’s Discount. She was a member of the Henderson Church of Christ.She is survived by a step-son, Gene Stanfill of Goodlettsville, TN; a sister, Reva Newman Maddalena of Boston, MA; four step grandchildren; Cindy Jones, Steve Stanfill, Terry Stanfill and Elise Bilbrey and ten step great grandchildren and one step great-great grandchild; nieces, Patricia Milani and Sandra Navin both of Boston, MA; great niece, Theresa Navin and great nephew, Corey Navin.
