Avis Smith

Henderson, TN: Dovie Avis Smith age 91 passed away April 9, 2012 at the Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Chester County, the daughter of the late Robert and Hassie Hill Smith. She moved to Henderson in 1937. Miss Smith was a self employed seamstress. She was a member of the First Pentecostal Church in Henderson.She is survived by a sister, Mildred Dunn of Pinson, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters.
